Cancellation policy
We offer flexible 3, 6, and 12-month silk flower subscriptions for corporate clients, with monthly delivery, styling, and collection of arrangements. Below are our terms for managing your subscription.
1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at the end of your current paid term only.
Mid-term cancellations or refunds are not permitted once payment has been processed. -
To cancel your upcoming renewal, provide 14 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
How to Cancel:
Log into your account at thefloralpost.com.au under "Manage Subscriptions", or email us at hello@thefloralpost.com.au. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing.
2. Ownership of Arrangements
All vases and arrangements remain the property of The Floral Post and are swapped or collected as part of your subscription. If you'd like to purchase an arrangement, please contact us.
3. Failed Payments & Subscription Pauses

If your payment fails, you’ll be notified to update your payment details.

If not resolved within 7 days, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.

You may request a pause for one billing cycle by contacting us at hello@thefloralpost.com.au. All pause requests are subject to approval.
4. Modifications to Subscription Plans

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

Plan changes will apply to the next billing cycle and do not affect the current period already paid.
