You'll receive a beautifully curated floral bouquet. Our head florist carefully selects the best blooms based on the season and market availability to create a fresh and exciting surprise each time!

Can I skip a week or change my delivery frequency?

Yes! You can easily skip or adjust your subscription frequency (weekly or fortnightly). Simply navigate to "Manage Subscriptions" on top of our page and select the option that works best for you. Make sure to update your preferences before the next billing cycle.

Can I request specific flowers?

While we’d love to fulfill all requests, we design each arrangement based on our head florist's creative choice, alongside seasonal and market availability. This ensures your blooms are fresh, unique, and at their best every month! It also keeps the element of surprise for you.

What happens if I'm not home when my flowers are delivered?

If you’re not home at the time of delivery, our couriers will leave your flowers at a safe location at your address, such as a porch or secure area. If you have specific instructions, be sure to leave them during checkout!

How do I manage my subscription?

Once you subscribe, you’ll receive a magic link via email that gives you instant access to your subscription settings. From there, you can:

  • Change your delivery frequency
  • Skip a month
  • Update payment details
  • Cancel your subscription

Will I get the same flowers each time?

You won’t get the same exact flowers every month, but you may receive similar varieties. We will strive to provide a unique and refreshing surprise while maintaining a cohesive style.

Can I change the delivery date or select a specific delivery time?

Currently, we only deliver on Tuesdays. Unfortunately, you cannot select a different delivery date. However, our team strives to deliver your flowers promptly before 2:00pm.

Please note if payment isn’t received at least 2 days before the delivery date, your bouquet will be delivered the following month once payment is made.
